What items do you take away?

✅Under our free service , we will take away all your unwanted items that are of resalable value with a small amount of items that are broken or need to be disposed of.
✅We empty and clear all the contents from cupboards, draws, cellars, attics, garages, sheds, greenhouses etc.
✅ Nothing is left behind unless our customers advise us otherwise.
✅Furniture, ornaments, kitchen appliances, books, textiles, electrical items, good condition ​clothes, bikes, garden furniture and equipment etc.

✅If there is a bigger amount of items that need disposing of and can't be resold to recuperate our free service expenses, then we can talk through the job and offer a competitive cost to the clearance.

❌We do not provide a free or paid clearance solely on items that need to be disposed of, in this instance a waste disposal company or the hire of a skip would be necessary .

Do I need to be at the property while it is being cleared

✅ No, you do not need to be at the property unless you prefer to 
✅We can clear the house if you are present or not.
✅If you do not or cannot be present on the day, we can collect the key from a key holder or the estate agent if applicable.
✅Before the clearance day, an in-depth conversation will be held and an itinerary of items that need to be cleared and left will be drawn up
✅After we have completed the clearance, we can send photos to show we have cleared the items that were required and the items that you wanted to keep have remained in the property.



Do I need to pack items before you come?

✅There is no need for the client to pack or sort through anything before the day of the clearance
✅We bring boxes and packing materials
✅We will bring enough manpower ​to complete the task ​so we will not require any lifting or packing to be performed by the client.

How much does a clearance cost?

✅As mentioned previously, we perform most of our clearances for FREE.
We absorb all the expenses of the clearance and recuperate the money by selling and trading the items. 
✅Expenses of a clearance include manpower, van costs, travel costs, packing supplies expenses, cleaning materials to clean items before selling, any materials needed to make small repairs to the items to be able to sell, i.e paint, wood glue etc.
✅There can be a small amount of items that we clear that need to be disposed of, but this can only be a small amount.
✅Please contact us for a quote if there is a bigger percentage of broken/unusable items.
❌We do not clear houses that need all or the majority of items need to be disposed of.
